About this event
Tales of the Cocktail is an established trade conference for the cocktail and spirits industry, run by the non-profit Tales of the Cocktail Foundation, with a week of seminars, tastings, networking events and the Spirited Awards. The Foundation's own pages state the 2027 dates directly: its scholarship page says "Tales of the Cocktail will take place July 25-30, 2027", even though the Foundation's events page still shows 2027 dates as to be announced. The Foundation names The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans as the conference's official host hotel, and programming runs at venues across the city.
