About this event
At Beignet Fest, food vendors serve beignets dusted, topped, stuffed and sandwiched, alongside local favourites such as jambalaya, gumbo and red beans, and vendors compete for Best Beignet in Traditional, Sweet and Savory categories. The festival also presents live local music and an Artist Market of local artisans. Proceeds benefit local autism programs for children and families, through Camp Benny, Benny's Sensory On-Site Spaces, the Tres Doux Krewe and an annual grantmaking program.
