About this place
Daylight is the better light for reading the river: the docks, the bridges, the Algiers Point bend and the traffic of tugs and barges that still makes New Orleans a port. The band plays on deck and a narrator points out what you are passing. It is the easiest history lesson in the city, and it comes with a breeze.
